Hair color? pictures included !?

Hey, I'm 14 years old and I like my hair color and all, but I was just wondering what natural highlights you guys could see in my hair. If you see any, do you know how I could play them up? Or if you think there's a different color that I should dye my hair include that in your answer as well... if you want you could comment on my appearance or whatever...so here are the pics-
