Rightg now i have blonde highlights and it makes me hair look frizzy so i was considering going darker, do you think that the picture of hilary duff is TOO dark for the color of my skin?

Yea.I think it would look great.Because you kind of have tanned skin so It would go great.I have tanned skin and brown hair and it looks good.Would my skin tone look good with this hair color (picture included)?
I think you look fine either way, but I think it is the dying and highlighting that is making your hair so frizzy
