What would be my ideal hair color? (pictures)?

So I dyed my hair black, hoping it would bring out the green in my hazel/greenish eyes, but I dont really like it that much, and I want to go lighter. I just dont know what hue or how much lighter to go. Pleasee can you give me your opinion and maybe include a picture of a hair color that would look good? Thanks so much!

dying your hair lighter WOULD NOT look good on you, hun. but you're super pretty and i can understand you wanting to change your hair color. since your hair color and skin color are pretty much the same shade, your hair color can look like it's washing you out and not bringing out your facial features correctly. what i would reccomend doing is a very dark chocolate brown on the under-layer of your hair to contrast your skin and make your eyes and features pop. if you don't want to do just the underneath layer, do the whole head. it will look very pretty on you! best of luck :)

I like the hair color on you... but i wouldn't reccomend going all the way a new color, why don't you just get some lighter highlights or lowlights put into you hair, i think that would work! Also to mention it... not in a weird way or anything but you are very pretty!!!
i think a medium brown with subtle highllights would look good on you.

BY LOOKING @ YOUR PICTURE MY PERSONAL OPINION AS A FEMALE WOULD BE TO GO WITH A LIGHT GOLDEN BROWN WITH SOME HIGHLIGHTS IN IT.
With light eyes, a darker color would look best and make them pop. I would go with either a deep chocolate brown or even black would look great!

i'd say go a bit lighter so you get a colour that is less dark brown, perhaps somewhat in between hazel and brown
I agree, don't go lighter. Your skin tone won't look good with browns or blondes. I think the black should be fine.

i think maybe a chocolate brown or light brown, and then have blonde streaks through it, that would look good
Warm browns with brassy hues, may be some stringy peekaboo highlights
don't go to light it would look bad against your skin color
